2. Contact form

By sending the form you provide your name, e-mail address, company name and a description of the problem. The data is processed solely to answer your enquiry and to carry on the resulting correspondence (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest). Providing the data is voluntary but necessary to receive a reply.

3. Analytics

The site uses cookie-less analytics (Plausible, Vercel Analytics). We do not use tracking cookies, build user profiles or share data for advertising purposes. Analytics data is aggregated and anonymous — which is why the site shows no cookie banner.

4. Data recipients

Form data may be processed by the hosting provider (Vercel Inc.), the form handling provider (Formspree, Inc.) and the transactional e-mail provider (Resend), which serves as a fallback channel. Appropriate data processing agreements or standard contractual clauses are in place with each of these providers.

5. Retention

Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting cooperation, no longer than 3 years from the last contact, unless the law requires a longer period.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict its processing and to object to it. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO).
